Growth trend continues with capital city dwelling values rising 1.3% in March. With Australia’s housing market experiencing a mild recovery over the past twelve months, the country’s eight capital cities have recorded growth of 1.3% over the month of March, and 2.8% over the quarter according to the March RP Data and Rismark home value index results.

To the end of March 2013, the index results revealed that capital city dwelling values rose by 1.3 per cent, following a 0.3 per cent rise in January.
